Conference Cancellation Policy
After
February 15, 2010, a cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from
refunds. After March 1, 2010, no refunds will be issued.
Tickets for your
functions will be included in your registration packets and are
non-refundable or exchangeable. There are no refunds for
non-attendance at any of the activities included in your
registration fee. Contact GANA Headquarters for individual function
prices for children. If you wish for a person to attend a Glass Week
/ BEC Conference/IGMA function, you must register them for Glass
Week / BEC Conference/IGMA. No individual function registrations
will be allowed.
