Conference Cancellation Policy
After February 15, 2010, a cancellation fee of $150 will be deducted from refunds. After March 1, 2010, no refunds will be issued.

Tickets for your functions will be included in your registration packets and are non-refundable or exchangeable. There are no refunds for non-attendance at any of the activities included in your registration fee. Contact GANA Headquarters for individual function prices for children. If you wish for a person to attend a Glass Week / BEC Conference/IGMA function, you must register them for Glass Week / BEC Conference/IGMA. No individual function registrations will be allowed.

Register for the complete six-day event that comprises the IGMA Annual Meeting and Glass Week. Take part in the IGMA working groups, IGMA technical presentations and IGMA annual general meeting, along with the golf tournament and receptions, Glass Week Saturday General Sessions, reception, Glass Week Friday evening’s formal dinner and awards banquet, along with the GANA Divisional activities, including technical meetings.

Register for the complete four-day event that comprises Glass Week 2010 and the two-day event that comprises the BEC Conference 2010. Followed-up by two days of General Session at the BEC Conference and a Networking Reception on Sunday.
